商學院依托北京語言大學得天獨厚的語言環(huán)境，以培養(yǎng)“專業(yè)領先、外語突出、面向國際、協(xié)調發(fā)展”的國際化、復合型、應用型人才為目標，以用雙語講授專業(yè)課為教學特色，教學組織模式由中外學生分班授課向同堂上課過渡。

商學院下設金融系、會計系、國際經濟與貿易系、管理系，同時設有區(qū)域經濟研究中心、金融研究所、MPAcc中心以及商務培訓中心，并擁有一個與路透社終端和世華財訊相聯機的多媒體金融實驗室、基于用友ERP軟件為平臺的會計多媒體實驗室和國際貿易實驗室。商學院招收金融學、會計學、財務管理、國際經濟與貿易和人力資源管理的本科生及國際政治專業(yè)（國際經濟方向）、計算機應用技術專業(yè)（智能金融與數據分析方向、智能財務與數據分析方向、區(qū)塊鏈與金融科技方向）碩士研究生、會計碩士和金融碩士專業(yè)學位研究生。商學院現已發(fā)展成為兼具金融、會計、國際經濟與貿易和管理等多學科、兼收中外學生同堂上課、兼顧國際慣例和國情特色的院級教學獨立單位。
　　在師資建設方面，學院已建立了一支以中青年教師為骨干的師資隊伍，職稱、專業(yè)和年齡結構合理，全體教師均能用英語講授專業(yè)課。在專業(yè)建設方面，學院不斷加大教學改革力度，從辦學模式、課程體系、教材建設、教學方法和手段等方面進行創(chuàng)新，積極進行特色專業(yè)建設，金融學專業(yè)現已成為校級特色專業(yè)建設點。另外，經北京市財政局和北京教育綜合服務中心審批，我院順利通過設立會計從業(yè)資格證書考點的申請，我院會計系應屆畢業(yè)生只需在本?？键c通過《財經法規(guī)與會計職業(yè)道德》一門考試，即可獲得會計從業(yè)資格證書。
　　近年來，特色辦學成效顯著，我院學生在全國大學生英語考試、金融英語證書考試中名列前茅，在數學、數學建模、商務談判等國內外比賽中也屢獲大獎。目前，我院學生就業(yè)前景廣闊，市場普遍看好，受到國內外銀行、證券、投資、保險、進出口貿易公司及其他經濟、管理類用人單位的一致歡迎。

　　The distinguishing characteristics of Concentration plus English model necessitate higher requirements for a teaching faculty, who are capable of conducting lessons in English.
