張海濱,醫(yī)學(xué)博士,主任醫(yī)師,碩士研究生導(dǎo)師。中國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)裝備協(xié)會(huì)第三屆醫(yī)學(xué)裝備計(jì)量測(cè)試專業(yè)委員會(huì)常務(wù)委員,中國(guó)超聲醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)會(huì)儀器工程開(kāi)發(fā)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員,全軍超聲醫(yī)學(xué)青年委員會(huì)委員,解放軍第五屆軍事醫(yī)學(xué)計(jì)量科學(xué)技術(shù)委員會(huì)醫(yī)用超聲設(shè)備質(zhì)量安全控制專業(yè)委會(huì)常務(wù)委員,沈陽(yáng)軍區(qū)超聲專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任委員,遼寧省超聲醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)會(huì)心血管專業(yè)工作委員會(huì)委員,大連市超聲醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng),大連市醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)超聲專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員,大連市醫(yī)師協(xié)會(huì)超聲分會(huì)副主任委員。現(xiàn)任大連解放軍第210醫(yī)院特診科主任。1992年畢業(yè)于第四軍醫(yī)大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)電子工程專業(yè),2004年獲醫(yī)學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2008年博士后出站。從事腹部、心臟、血管、小器官等超聲診斷與介入治療20余年。
