長期從事肝組織工程、生物人工肝及化療藥理學(xué)研究工作，已建立人肝細(xì)胞系及干細(xì)胞三維培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)，構(gòu)建適用于食品藥品毒性檢測的微肝臟模型，對藥物吸收代謝及毒性等進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究。團(tuán)隊(duì)在生物人工肝研究領(lǐng)域處于國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先水平。
