湖北師范大學(xué)外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院“外國(guó)語(yǔ)言研究所”簡(jiǎn)介 正文

外國(guó)語(yǔ)言研究所在校級(jí)重點(diǎn)學(xué)科“外國(guó)語(yǔ)言學(xué)和應(yīng)用語(yǔ)言學(xué)”基礎(chǔ)上成立。研究所的成立以活躍學(xué)術(shù)氣氛，提高我院外國(guó)語(yǔ)言理論和應(yīng)用研究水平，整合和充分發(fā)揮現(xiàn)有科研資源，提高外語(yǔ)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量和檔次，加強(qiáng)對(duì)外學(xué)術(shù)交流和合作為主要目標(biāo)。

目前，研究成員主要由具有高職稱或高學(xué)歷專職教師組成；以理論語(yǔ)言學(xué)與對(duì)比語(yǔ)言學(xué)、翻譯理論與實(shí)踐和二語(yǔ)習(xí)得為主要研究方向；以碩士生導(dǎo)師為召集人，定期開展學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)。同時(shí)，我們熱忱與國(guó)內(nèi)外專家、同行進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng)。

Institute of Foreign Languages is a research institute established on the basis of the foundation of Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics－a key discipline in Hubei Normal University. Main purposes of founding the institute are to create a favorable environment for scientific research in the college, to help to construct a high level of research in theories of Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, to integrate and optimize present teaching and research resources to bring their potentials into full play, to upgrade the level and quality of the student training, and to strengthen international communication and cooperation.

Present faculty of the institute comprises of full teachers holding senior professional titles or degrees. The main research of the institute is oriented to the following fields and subfields: Theoretical Linguistics and Comparative Linguistics, Translation Theories and Practice, and SLA. The institute appoints MA supervisors team conveners to hold academic activities regularly. Meanwhile, we are pleased to invite guests, home or aboard, of the same interests or occupations to hold academic exchange activities with us. We will be more pleased to be invited.
