一、工程領(lǐng)域簡(jiǎn)介(Introduction to the Engineering Field)
材料工程領(lǐng)域依托材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科,從1978年金屬材料熱處理專業(yè)和相關(guān)研究方向開始建設(shè),是我國較早開展金屬材料強(qiáng)韌化機(jī)理研究的學(xué)科點(diǎn)。1998年獲得“材料加工工程”學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授予權(quán)、2000年獲得“材料學(xué)”學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授予權(quán)、2004年獲得“材料工程”領(lǐng)域工程碩士授予權(quán),2011年獲得“材料科學(xué)與工程” 一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授予權(quán),2014年獲得“礦物材料與礦用新材料”二級(jí)學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授予權(quán),在無機(jī)非金屬材料制備與改性,先進(jìn)金屬材料及成型技術(shù)等領(lǐng)域具有深厚的理論和工程應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)。
本學(xué)科現(xiàn)有專任教師40人,其中教授7人,博士生導(dǎo)師4人,副教授14人,具有博士學(xué)位教師15人,博士后出站5人,在讀博士12人。其中,遼寧省百千萬人才千人層次2人,遼寧省青年骨干教師1人和校青年科技標(biāo)兵1人。
近年來承擔(dān)國家自然基金、教育部博士點(diǎn)基金等理論研究項(xiàng)目及企業(yè)委托重大橫向課題100余項(xiàng),授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利24項(xiàng),多項(xiàng)專利實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化。獲得國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),省部級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)6項(xiàng)。撰寫專著及教材8部。在《Journal of Power Sources》、《Carbon》、《Chemical Engineering Journal》、《Applied Physics Letter》等國際頂級(jí)期刊與國內(nèi)期刊發(fā)表論文700余篇。
學(xué)科擁有“遼寧省地礦工程特種材料工程研究中心”、“遼寧省材料類專業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)示范中心”和“煤炭行業(yè)礦物材料與礦用材料工程研究中心”三個(gè)省部級(jí)教學(xué)科研平臺(tái),學(xué)院與北航材料學(xué)院組建先進(jìn)材料研究中心,擁有“材料分析測(cè)試中心”、“材料加工實(shí)驗(yàn)中心”、“高能束加工中心”三個(gè)校級(jí)院管實(shí)驗(yàn)室。實(shí)驗(yàn)中心擁有比較完善的實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)儀器設(shè)備,現(xiàn)有掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀、高溫金相、激光共聚焦顯微鏡、CO2激光加工器、等離子噴涂、電化學(xué)工作站、電子束焊機(jī)等大型設(shè)備,具備了解決材料科學(xué)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)問題與重大工程問題的能力,滿足材料工程領(lǐng)域研究生培養(yǎng)的要求。
Relying on materials science and engineering disciplines, materials engineering field derived from the major of metal materials heat treatment and related research directions built in 1978, which is an ealier discipline about toughness mechanism of metal materials research in China. The grant for master degree of “Material Processing Engineering” and “Material Science” was awarded in 1998 and 2000, respectively, the grant for Master of Engineering of “Materials Engineering” was awarded in 2004, the first-level discipline of master degree “Materials Science and Engineering” was granted in 2011, and the second-level discipline of doctor degree “mineral materials and mining new materials” was granted in 2014. There are deep theoretical and engineering application foundation in the some disciplines, such as, preparation and modification of inorganic non-metallic materials, advanced metal materials and molding technology and other fields.
The discipline has 40 full-time teachers, including 7 professors, 4 doctoral supervisors, 14 associate professors, 15 teachers have doctorate, 5 teachers have postdoctorate experience, and 12 eachers have strived for doctorate. Among them, there are 2 Thousand talents level of Hundred-Thousand-Million talents of Liaoning Province, a young backbone teacher of Liaoning Province and a young science and technology model of university.
There are three provincial and ministerial level teaching and research platform, “Geological and Mineral Engineering Special Materials Engineering Research Center of Liaoning Province”, “Experimental teaching model center for materials major of Liaoning Province”, and “Mineral materials and mining materials engineering research center of coal industry”. The Advanced materials research center has been founded between our college and Materials College of Beihang University. There are three school-level laboratory, “Material analysis and testing center”, “Material processing experimental center”, and “High energy beam processing center”. The experimental center has relatively complete experimental teaching equipment, such as, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer, high temperature metallographic, laser confocal microscopy, CO2 laser processor, plasma spraying, electrochemical workstation, electron beam welder and other large equipment. Those equipments can solve the scientific application basic problems of materials and major engineering problems, also meet the training requirements of postgraduate majored in the field of Materials Engineering.
In recent years, more than 100 research projects have been acted or completed, including theoretical research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, the doctoral fund of National Education Ministry and other enterprise requirements projects. 24 national invention patents have been authorized, and many patents have been industrialized. There are one National scientific and technological progress award second prize, and 6 provincial and ministerial level award. Eight books or teaching materials have been published. Many research papers published in top international journals such as 《Journal of Power Sources》, 《Carbon》, 《Chemical Engineering Journal》, 《Applied Physics Letter》, and more than 700 papers published in domestic journals.
二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)(Cultivation Objectives)
材料工程領(lǐng)域面向材料行業(yè)和相關(guān)工程部門,涉及金屬材料、無機(jī)非金屬材料、高分子材料和復(fù)合材料等行業(yè)部門。培養(yǎng)能夠從事材料的研究和開發(fā)、材料的生產(chǎn)工藝和設(shè)備的開發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)、材料的性能特性分析和試驗(yàn)、材料成品的檢驗(yàn)和質(zhì)量控制、材料制品的加工和改性、材料制造業(yè)的管理和技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析等相關(guān)工作能力,具備基礎(chǔ)扎實(shí)、素質(zhì)全面、工程實(shí)踐能力強(qiáng)并具有一定創(chuàng)新能力的應(yīng)用型、復(fù)合型高層次工程技術(shù)和工程管理人才。
The field of materials engineering aims for the material industry and related engineering departments, involving metal materials, inorganic non-metallic materials, polymer materials and composite materials and other industry sectors. The graduate students engage in the research and development of materials, the development and design of the materials’ production process and equipments, the performance analysis and testing of materials, the inspection and quality control of materials products, the processing and modification of materials, the management of materials manufacturing and technical economic analysis, and other related work. We cultivate graduates with a solid foundation, a comprehensive quality, strong engineering practice ability, a certain degree of creativity application type, complex high-level engineering techique and management talents.
三、培養(yǎng)要求 (Cultivation Requirements)
1. 掌握馬克思主義、毛澤東思想和鄧小平理論的基本原理,認(rèn)真貫徹習(xí)近平總書記系列講話精神,落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,樹立正確的人生觀、價(jià)值觀;熱愛祖國、遵紀(jì)守法、品行端正、學(xué)風(fēng)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、努力為祖國建設(shè)服務(wù)。
2. 具備材料工程領(lǐng)域堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)理論和系統(tǒng)的專門知識(shí);掌握解決工程技術(shù)問題的先進(jìn)方法,在裝備制造業(yè)與冶金、化工、礦山及航空航天等領(lǐng)域從事金屬材料、無機(jī)非金屬材料的制備與加工、結(jié)構(gòu)研究與分析、材料改性、新材料研發(fā)及經(jīng)營管理等工作。
3. 掌握一門外國語,能比較熟練地閱讀本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的外文資料,并具有一定的寫作能力。
4. 具有較強(qiáng)的計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用能力。能應(yīng)用大型數(shù)據(jù)軟件,進(jìn)行具體工程領(lǐng)域的材料成分、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、性能的簡(jiǎn)單建模、計(jì)算和分析預(yù)測(cè)能力。
1.Students are required to study basic principles of Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, and conscientiously implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping series of important speech. They are also expected to carry out the scientific concept of development, to set up correct outlook on life values, to love the motherland, and to abide by the law and social discipline. Other requirements for the students include well-behaved, academically rigorous, and would always serve the motherland first.
2.Students are required to have the knowledge of solid basic theories and systematic professions in material engineering field, to master the advanced techniques for resolving the engineering technique problem. The graduates are engaged in metal materials, inorganic non-metallic materials preparation and processing, structural research and analysis, material modification, new materials research and development and management work in the fields of equipment manufacturing and metallurgy, chemical industry, mining and aerospace.
3.Students are professional in a foreign language, and have developed reading and writing abilities a second language within their own profession.
4.Students are professional in computer skills. They can use large-scale data software to solve the problem of specific engineering areas, such as, material composition, tissue structure, the forecasting of performance, simple modeling, calculation and analysis.

主要進(jìn)行新型無機(jī)非金屬材料及功能材料制備改性,第一性原理及EET計(jì)算、有限元計(jì)算研究,其中以礦物為原料研發(fā)新型儲(chǔ)能材料是本研究方向的主要特色之一。
The research topics focus on the new inorganic   nonmetallic materials and preparation & modification of functional   materials, the first principle and EET calculation, and the finite element   calculation. Among them, the development of new energy storage materials with   minerals as the raw materials is one of the main features of this research.
2 先進(jìn)金屬材料及成型技術(shù)
Advanced metal   materials and processing technology
主要進(jìn)行先進(jìn)合金材料和復(fù)合材料設(shè)計(jì)、熔化凝固及塑性成型理論、數(shù)值模擬,組織結(jié)構(gòu)、力學(xué)性能、表面科學(xué)理論與表面改性技術(shù)的研究。其中強(qiáng)韌化理論、表面工程、新型合金是本方向的的主要特色。
The research topics focus on the advanced alloys and   composition design, melting solidification and plastic forming theory,   numerical simulation, organism-microstructure, mechanical property, surface   science theory and surface modification technology. Among them, the   strengthening and toughening theory, surface engineering and new alloy are   the main features of this direction.
 
 
五、學(xué)制與學(xué)習(xí)年限(Duration of Schooling and Length of Schooling)

六、培養(yǎng)方式(Cultivation Mode)
(1)非全日制碩士研究生,采取進(jìn)校不離崗、不脫產(chǎn)的培養(yǎng)方式。課程學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)行學(xué)分制,其中公共課的學(xué)習(xí)、論文的選題、中期考核、學(xué)位論文中期報(bào)告、論文的預(yù)答辯和答辯等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)須在校內(nèi)完成,累計(jì)時(shí)間不低于6個(gè)月。
(2)非全日制研究生的培養(yǎng)和學(xué)習(xí),采用靈活多變的教學(xué)方式,強(qiáng)調(diào)自學(xué),因材施教,注重工程實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng),至少有6個(gè)月以上的工程實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié),要求依據(jù)開題內(nèi)容,在本工程領(lǐng)域選擇所在企事業(yè)單位或掛靠相關(guān)單位,進(jìn)行與研究?jī)?nèi)容相關(guān)的工程調(diào)研、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程實(shí)踐、具體材料成分工藝設(shè)計(jì)及性能分析表征等工作,提高研究生現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程實(shí)踐能力。
(3)實(shí)行雙導(dǎo)師制培養(yǎng),以校內(nèi)導(dǎo)師為主,聘請(qǐng)企業(yè)內(nèi)具有高級(jí)技術(shù)職稱的專業(yè)工程技術(shù)人員擔(dān)任副導(dǎo)師,負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)踐、工業(yè)試驗(yàn)等環(huán)節(jié)的指導(dǎo),參與論文的選題、開題及預(yù)答辯、答辯等個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的培養(yǎng)工作。
(1)Part-time graduates study in school, need not resign his post and duty. The credit system is adopted for every course, in which the study of public courses, the mid-term examination, the interim report of the dissertation, the pre-defense and the defense of the thesis should be completed in the school, the cumulative time is not less than 6 months.
(2)The training and study of part-time graduates adopt flexible teaching methods, emphasizing self-study, teaching students according to their specialties, pay attention to the cultivation of engineering practice ability, at least 6 months of engineering practice, graduates should be required to base on the contents of start project, select some enterprises or institutions or affiliated units related to their engineering field, and perform some works about project research, site engineering practice, specific material composition process design and performance analysis and characterization to improve the on-site practical engineering ability of graduate students.
(3)The graduates have two tutors, mainly supervised by tutor in school. A deputy tutor acted by a senior technician with professional engineering and technical personnel is responsible for on-site practice, industrial test and other aspects, participating in the topic selection of the thesis, open questions and pre-defense, defense and other aspects.
